Nestled in the tranquil landscapes of north
Ibiza, The Ritual Retreat offers me more than
just an escape - it gives me the space to step
away from the everyday and reconnect with
myself. Surrounded by the peaceful rhythms
of this Mediterranean setting, I have the
opportunity to rediscover my inner calm.
A JOURNEY OF RECOVERY
Each day at The Ritual Retreat is carefully
planned to nurture both body and mind.
Mornings begin with yoga, breathwork and
meditation. As someone with only a little
yoga experience, at first I am unsure of what
to expect, but the dynamic vinyasa flows
are accessible and inspiring. While sessions
cater primarily to intermediate levels, I feel
supported throughout.
Beyond yoga, the retreat introduces me
to new experiences that deepen my selfawareness.
I love the Goddess Skin Rituals
workshop, which turns skincare into an act of
mindfulness, and the cacao ceremonies paired
with ecstatic dance, which allow me to truly
let go of any other concerns on my mind. One
of the most memorable parts of my day is an
evening sound healing session on a rooftop,
where Tibetan bowls resonate under the glow
of a setting sun. These moments bring me a
sense of grounding and peace that I realise
I haven't felt in a long time.
NOURISHMENT
AND CONNECTION
Every meal at the retreat feels like
a celebration of health and flavour.
Dishes such as cauliflower hummus
bowls with roasted chickpeas or
guacamole topped with pomegranate
seeds and chia crisps are as nourishing
as they are delicious. Mealtimes
quickly become a highlight of
the day, where I bond with other
attendees over shared experiences and
meaningful conversations.

Most are in their late twenties to forties, and
while some are seasoned yogis, others, like me,
came to look for mindfulness and balance - or
simply to take a step back from the demands
of daily life. Although I'd recommend some
basic yoga experience beforehand to feel more
confident, the retreat's environment is inclusive
and welcoming to everyone.
MORE THAN YOGA
For me, The Ritual Retreat is about far more
than a chance to improve my yoga. It became
a holistic experience of personal growth and
renewal. Whether I am journaling, practicing
mindfulness during sound healing, or swimming
in Ibiza's clear, turquoise waters, every activity
encourages me to pause and reflect. And while
the practices are deeply restorative, it is the
connections I make with like-minded women
that truly transform the experience. These bonds
continue to enrich my life long since our visit to
the retreat.
