several HYROX races. He
tells BALANCE: " HYROX is
a fabulous boost for physical
and mental health. It
combines cardio and
strength training - which is
known for improving
longevity. Although it's
competitive, there's a huge
sense of community so it's a
superb way of meeting
like-minded people. Unlike
CrossFit, it doesn't involve
any heavy lifting or
complex moves so the risk
of injury is low. "
