Favorite thing about aviation: There's always a new
challenge.
Bradley Campbell is a welder-certified by the American Welding
Society as a Certified Welding Inspector in 2015-and launched
into the career path straight out of high school. He wound up
in aviation and working for StandardAero following the advice
from a friend.
Starting out as a bench technician, Campbell worked his way up
through the company. A few years ago, Campbell was promoted
to lead technician in his group.
" I'm kind of like the second hand to our production manager, "
Campbell described. " I see a lot of the day-to-day rework cycle
to rework stuff from a production standpoint. We do production
meetings and try to keep everything on track to allow us to keep
building the engines and do the things that we need to do. "

Neena Gill, CPA, CMA

segments and customers serviced.
Neena Gill has worked her entire career at StandardAero Limited.
Gill learned about StandardAero through family, friends and the
excellent reputation the company has within Winnipeg. She joined
the company while studying for her Bachelor of Commerce degree
at the University of Manitoba's I.H. Asper School of Business.
In 2012, when Gill was appointed controller of StandardAero's
Turboprop, Airlines & Fleets (TPAF) Business Unit, she achieved
one of the fastest career advancements within the accounting
specialization in the company's history at the time.
In 2023, she was appointed vice president and general manager
of StandardAero's Helicopter Business Unit. In her new role, she is
responsible for a business which supports 3,000 operators in over
85 nations, across five different engine families and 11 airframes.
