As part of its portfolio realignment,
Magnetic MRO Acquires and
Tears Down Boeing 737-400
Magnetic MRO has successfully torn down a Boeing
737-400 that had been idle for seven years. This was
a rare opportunity to procure an entire aircraft.
When it came time to teardown the aircraft, the
entire process took only four days. " This project
was a massive undertaking for us and I am most
proud about how the whole organization rallied
together to make the entire process go smoothly, "
said Jan Kotka, COO at Magnetic Group. " More than
50+ employees contributed to this first-of-its kind
opportunity. "

Raytheon Technologies announced
it will now be represented as RTX. As
announced in January, the company will
operate three focused businesses to better align with customer
needs-Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon. " While
we honor our legacy, we are always looking to the future-and
that future is RTX, " said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Gregory Hayes. " Over the past few years, we have solidified our
industry-leading positions with a $180 billion backlog across the
highest growth commercial aerospace platforms and franchises

Former FAA Administrator Joins Archer
Archer Aviation Inc. has appointed Billy Nolen, former acting
FAA Administrator, as its chief safety officer. " Billy is an
incredible leader and has long been a staunch supporter of the
eVTOL aircraft industry, spearheading our country's and the
FAA's global leadership role in this important area, " said Adam
Goldstein, Archer's founder and CEO. Nolen will play a leadership role to help
Archer more effectively collaborate with industry stakeholders and help ensure
its safe entry into service as it prepares for planned commercialization in 2025.

JPB Système Acquires Stake
in 3D Printing Manufacturer
JPB Système has acquired a stake in France-based
3D printer manufacturer start-up, Addimetal. The
move will offer the companies complete and secure
sharing of their respective industrial-grade metal
binder jetting (MBJ) 3D printing technology knowledge
for the short-run production of small, complex,
lightweight and repeatable parts. " Our interest in
MBJ spans several years and it remains state-of-the
art 3D printing technology that is still only provided
by only a small handful of players, " says Damien
Marc, CEO, JPB Système. JPB Système expects to
have its first MBJ-produced parts in production
by 2026.

IAE AG Consortium Names New President
International Aero Engines AG (IAE), a multinational consortium
comprised of shareholders including Raytheon
Technologies' business Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney
Aero Engines International GmbH, Japanese Aero Engines
Corporation and MTU Aero Engines, has named Kim Kinsley
as its president. She succeeds Earl Exum, who held the position since 2020.
Exum will become chair of the IAE AG board of directors and continue serving
as vice president, Mature Commercial Engines at Pratt & Whitney. Kinsley,
IAE's first female president, has concurrently been named vice president, V2500
programs at Pratt & Whitney. She will assume both roles and report to Exum.

Elliott Aviation announces Daniel J. Edwards is its president and
