City of Temple Names Andrew Hill
FBO Manager of Temple Executive Air Center
Andrew Hill is the new FBO manager for the Temple
Executive Air Center in Texas. In this position, Hill will
play a key role in the construction management
and operational readiness of a
new state-of-the-art FBO terminal at
Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional
Airport (TPL) which is scheduled to be
completed in August.
Hill has worked for Texas Aero for
seven years with increasing positions of responsibility.
Most recently he served as FBO manager. He graduated
from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in
Communication Studies. He is a private pilot.

Skanska, Halmar Awarded $1.24B to
Reconstruct JFK Terminal Roadways
and Transportation Center
Skanska and joint venture partner, Halmar
International, LLC, have been awarded a contract by
the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to
carry out the $1.24 billion design and reconstruction
of John F. Kennedy International Airport's Central
Terminal Area Roadways, Utilities and Ground
Transportation Center (GTC) in Queens, New York.
Parsons Corporation will serve as lead designer to the
Skanska Halmar JFK Joint Venture.

Awarded LEED Gold Accreditation
The U.S. Green Building Council has awarded Los Angeles
International Airport's (LAX's) Consolidated Rent-ACar
(ConRAC) facility with Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED) Gold accreditation.
" LAX's transformation is all about creating efficient and
pleasant experiences for our guests and these driving factors
are being realized in ways that serve our community and the
planet. Opening in 2024, our new ConRAC facility being
recognized with LEED Gold accreditation demonstrates
this, " said Justin Erbacci, Chief Executive Officer, LAWA.
By relocating rental car companies into one location, as
well as providing a direct connection to LAX's Automated
People Mover train system, the ConRAC will eliminate
approximately 3,200 daily shuttle trips,

Signature Aviation Appoints New Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer
Signature Aviation has appointed Brad Williams as its new
chief operating officer and promoted Derek DeCross to
chief commercial officer. The company is centralizing
its field operations and commercial functions across the
organization under each respective leader.

and construct a world-class landside gateway for one of
New York's most highly traveled international aviation
hubs, " said Michael Viggiano, executive vice president
for Skanska USA Civil's East Coast region. " Not only
will the project improve connectivity of JFK's roadway
network, it will also enhance the overall experience
for passengers traveling to and from the airport. "

15 contracts working on every area of JFK airport.

The project is expected to reach final completion
by December 2027.
