5. Clamshell spring pin
socket for SAW Filter
The CBT-LGA-5017 LGA socket by
Ironwood Electronics addresses
high-performance requirements
for custom pitch devices. The
contactor is a stamped spring pin
with 14.5-gram actuation force
per pin and cycle life of 100,000
insertions. The self-inductance of
the contactor is 0.98 nH, insertion
loss of < 1 dB at 31.7 GHz and
capacitance 0.067pF. The current
capacity of each contactor is
4 amps. Socket temperature
range is -55C to +180C. The
socket also features an IC guide
for precise LGA edge alignment.

6. Relay-controlled
programmable
attenuators

7. 6 & 10 watt
chassis-mount DC/DC
converter modules

Fairview Microwave's line of
relay-controlled programmable
attenuators consists of six models
that cover broad frequency
bands from DC to 2000 MHz with
attenuation levels ranging from
0 to 127 dB. These attenuator
designs have 6 to 8 relay bits
with attenuation steps ranging
from 0.25 dB to 64 dB for precise
tuning capability, depending on
the model. Typical performance
includes low insertion loss
ranging from 0.8 to 3.5 dB, input
power up to 1-watt CW and
attenuation accuracy of
+/- 0.5 dB. Models are offered in
50- and 75-Ohm configurations.

Traco Power has added the
TMDC 06 and TMDC 10 series
of 6- and 10-watt products to its
TMDC family of industrial DC/
DC converter modules. These
DC/DC converter modules are
fully encapsulated with terminal
strip connections and equipped
with integrated filters which limit
conducted and radiated emissions
and increase the modules EMC
immunity. Each family consists of
14 modules offering either 9-36
or 18-75 VDC input ranges and
outputs of 5 / 12 / 15 / 24 / ±12 /
±15 / ±24 VDC with high efficiency
operation up to 86%.

8. Signal and spectrum
analyzer families
Rohde & Schwarz has launched
two new signal and spectrum
analyzer families, with different
frequency models covering up
to 44 GHz. The R&S FSV3000
is designed to help users set up
complex measurements simply
and quickly, suitable for labs and
production lines. It provides up to
200 MHz analysis bandwidth-
enough to capture and analyze,
for example, two 5G NR carriers
at once. The R&S FSVA3000,
has up to 400 MHz analysis
bandwidth, and a high dynamic
range and a phase noise of -120
dBc/Hz.
