6. AC/DC programmable
power supply series
The compact open aperture
HCDS-051-032-013-01-B1-30 and
the HCDS-051- 032-013-01-B1-01
voice coil stages from Moticont
have a footprint of 2.00 in. (50.8
mm) wide by 5.00 in (127.0 mm)
long and feature positioning
resolutions of 30 µm and 1 µm,
respectively. The 1 µm resolution
HCDS-051-032-013-01-B1-01
Voice Coil Stage features cross
roller linear bearings, whereas
the 30 µm HCDS-051-032-01301-B1-30 Voice Coil Stage uses
linear ball bearings. Each of these
stages has a 0.97 in. (24.6 mm)
range of motion, with 6.3 lb. (28.2
N) of continuous force and 20.0 lb
(89.9 N) peak force.
TDK Corporation's 1U Full-Rack
1.7kW AC/DC Programmable
Power Supply Series has 10
models, ranging from 10V-170A
to 600V-2.8A, with advanced
performance and functionality
suitable for design, test, and
measurement in the laboratory/
R&D environment. Built into
a lightweight 1U high, 19-inch
(483mm) wide rack-mountable
chassis, the 1.7kW power supply
series offers five embedded front
panel setup menus that address
digital communication, protective
functions, operating configuration,
system configuration, and system
triggering. Menu functions include
internal resistance simulation
and slew-rate control of output
voltage/current and can generate,
store, recall and activate up to
four onboard arbitrary waveform
profiles.

series scopes
8. 2 GHz MSO8000
series digital
oscilloscope
Tektronix has expanded its
scalable DPO70000SX Series
Performance Oscilloscope with
13 GHz and 16 GHz models.
Engineers can take advantage
of the high sample rate and low
noise floor of these oscilloscopes
at lower bandwidth levels and
more affordable price points. This
platform extension brings highend capabilities to USB, display
port, HDMI, LPDDR, MIPI C-PHY,
and D-PHY, plus legacy server
storage applications. The new
13 GHz and 16 GHz models offer
four 50 GS/s sample rate input
channels able to synchronize up to
four scopes for a total of 16 input
channels.
RIGOL Technologies expands
its UltraVision II oscilloscope
portfolio with the MSO8000
Series Digital Oscilloscope.
Delivering bandwidth up to 2
GHz and a new Jitter and realtime eye analysis package, the
MSO8000 Series extends serial
data analysis and signal integrity
applications. The MSO8000
delivers the same 7-instrumentsin-1 capability as the other
UltraVision II oscilloscopes.
Logic analysis, protocol analysis,
spectrum analysis, and waveform
generation are all built into the
instrument, maximizing utility.
The product also offers advanced
analysis capabilities like zone
triggering, histogram, enhanced
FFT, precision measurements, and
power analysis.
