1. W-band image
rejected receiver
Model SSR-9330634030-10-M1-I
from Sage Millimeter is a W-band
image rejected receiver. The
receiver has a typical conversion
gain of 30 dB, with a typical RF
input power of -60 dBm in the
frequency range of 90 to 96 GHz,
and an IF output frequency range
of 5 to 11 GHz. The receiver has
a built-in x8 multiplier, which
requires a typical input LO power
and frequency of +5 dBm and
10.625 GHz, respectively. With
the built-in IF hybrid, the receiver
typically offers a 20 dB image
rejection level.

2. 10 Watt DC/
DC converter in
DIP-16 package
TRACO Power's TEL10 series of 10
watt DC/DC converters in the DIP16 package measures 0.94 x 0.54
x 0.31". The series sets the new
standard for 10 W power density
with 3.83 W/cm3. Approved
to UL62368-1 & UL60950, the
TEL10 converters are economical
solutions for space-critical and
cost-sensitive applications in
instrumentation, IT, and industrial
electronics. The TEL10 features a
2:1 input ranging from 9-18/1836/36-75 Vin and 14 single &
dual output models of 3.3, 5.1, 12,
15, 24, ±12, and ±15 VDC. High
efficiency up to 88% enables a
full-load operating temperature
range of -40°C to +85°C (3.3 & 5
Vout to 78°C Max).

3. 13 GHz and 16 GHz
oscilloscope models
Tektronix has expanded its
scalable DPO70000SX Series
Performance Oscilloscope to
include new 13 GHz and 16 GHz
models. The DPO70000SX Series
oscilloscopes were initially
developed to test the highest
performance, highest-speed serial
and optical interface standards.
With this platform extension,
Tektronix is bringing these highend capabilities to lower-speed
interfaces such as USB, display
port, HDMI, LPDDR, MIPI C-PHY,
and D-PHY, plus legacy server
storage applications. The new
models offer four 50 GS/s sample
rate input channels with the
ability to synchronize up to four
scopes for a total of 16 input
channels.

4. Isolated quad RS232
serial communication
modules
Acromag has expanded its offering
of AcroPack rugged I/O modules
based on the PCI Express mini
card (mPCIe) standard, with a new
isolated RS232 communication
module. The AP513 module provides
four individually isolated RS232
serial ports on a compact 30 x
70mm board. Each port is isolated
to 250V from digital circuitry and
100V from the other three ports.
The isolation protects equipment
and signal integrity in electrically
noisy environments. Designed for
COTS applications, these mPCIe
mezzanine modules deliver a SWaPoptimized solution for military,
aerospace, and industrial systems.
