Developed
specifically to package
with e-axles
The Reyco Granning
Suspensions 240AR-EV is a drive axle air suspension
designed specifically to package with e-axles. Low
profile frame brackets leave room for body mounts or
fifth wheel angles. The curved spring beam eliminates
the traditional lower air spring mount to increase
ground clearance, reduce weight, and accommodate
a range of frame widths. Packaging efficiencies were
a focus in order to accommodate for a larger e-axle
space-claim. The 240AR-EV has a GAWR range of
17,000 lbs to 23,000 lbs and is suitable for single or
tandem drive axle arrangements. Ride heights range
from 8.5" to 10".

Utilizes Copper Stretch
Metal technology
The Storage Battery
Systems Xtreme Force is
an industrial motive power
battery that utilizes Copper
Stretch Metal (CSM) technology.
This technology allows the battery
to run longer under extreme conditions. Xtreme Force has an increased operating time for material
handling trucks due to its high energy content and reduced internal resistance of CSM. The battery runs on two shifts with opportunity charging. Storage Battery Systems partnered with Systems
Sunlight S.A. on the introduction of this new battery technology.

Designed with corrosion protection
The Phillips Industries Dual Pole QCS2
Quick-Change Socket is designed with corrosion protection for dual pole applications such
as liftgate systems. It consists of a dual pole
harness boot, molded to the liftgate harness cable,
which grips the socket and holds it in place. The socket blocks moisture and contaminants between the
plug and socket union to keep corrosion out. It also
features outset pins to prevent accidental arcing.
The Dual Pole QCS2 is available with the boot in a six
o'clock angle position in two- and four-gauge options.

The BG Dynamic
Engine Restoration
Service Kit is
designed to remove
engine oil deposits
and buildup for higher mileage vehicles. The service kit includes
BG Dynamic Engine Cleaner to clean the crankcase and lubrication system, BG Dynamic Engine Cleaner Rinse Oil to remove the
cleaner and suspended residue, BG Advanced Formula MOA to
protect engine components, and BG 44K Platinum Fuel System
Cleaner to restore performance and fuel economy.

Maximize payload capacity for fire and rescue vehicles

TR-25

FOUR POST RUNWAY LIFTS

19,000 through 120,000 lb. capacity
models give complete under vehicle
access.

The Dana Incorporated S35-190FT Single-Reduction and
S35-590FT Double-Reduction single drive axles have a gross
axle weight rating of 35,000 lbs to maximize payload capacity
for fire and rescue applications. Designed for the fire service
segment, these single axles utilize steel-fabricated housings to support
higher-weight applications with a shorter wheel base, allowing for a tighter
turning radius and increased maneuverability. A 76-lb weight savings offers additional capacity for added equipment capabilities. The S35-190FT and S35-590FT models also
feature a Venturi lubrication cover to minimize lube volume and optimize lube flow. For ease
of service, the axle housings, seals, yokes, differential lock shift unit components, axle shafts,
and external fasteners can all be serviced individually. An optional driver-controlled wheel
differential lock is also available to enhance traction.
