Horizontal Rotating Parts Washer is
designed to effectively clean challenging
dirt and debris. As parts rotate from
its balanced centerline, the spray manifold
thoroughly flushes fine particulates
from the blind holes and other hard-to-clean cavities.
The unit offers custom fixtures for secure placement
of parts and components in the top-load parts washer.
Two-stage wash/dry automation is designed for high
production and repetitive cleaning operations for maximum
cleaning efficiency. The parts washer features a PLC
programmable wash-cycle timer and heater timer, as well as a large PLC/
HMI touchscreen for electronic filter monitoring, low water warnings,

system that allows a technician to remove and install
windshields, panoramic roofs, backlites, and body
panels without a second technician. SafeLift features
a remote-controlled lifting operation that enables
setting glass from either the left or right side of the
vehicle and a rotating glass stand. SafeLift provides

to remove processed dust, oil mist and fumes,
and other industrially-generated airborne particles.

is a spill kit that can contain spills up to 110 gallons
and fits in an 18 " in length by 15 " in height
by 5 " in depth vacuum-sealed package. The kit
includes three 48 " oil-selective Sorb-Sox (minibooms),
20 15 " long by 19 " wide oil-selective
absorbent pads, a disposal bag and tie, protective
gloves, plus a 60 " long by 10 " high pop-up
containment pool with a carrying case and CO2
cylinder. In the event of a spill, the mini-booms
and absorbent pads can be used to block off
a storm drain or waterway while the inflatable
pop-up pool can contain the bulk of the spill.

and its surroundings, Tru-Point can check if the vehicle
meets the required OEM alignment specifications and
automatically compensates for workshop floor levelness.
