TCR Announces New
Appointments

TCR has appointed Jan De Leeuw as
managing director for North America. He
is taking up this new position after four
successful years as group commercial
director. He has a longstanding
working experience in the
aviation industry, having
worked for ground handlers and airlines worldwide before joining TCR.
"I'm looking forward to
presenting TCR's unique GSE
solutions, including our full service operating leases and sale and leasebacks to new
customers and further build the business
relations with the companies that already
trust us across North America," De Leeuw
said. "I am proud to take on the lead of the
TCR U.S. team and I'm happy to welcome
Joe Phelan as a new member
of the board of TCR
North Americas. Joe
will be significant
support in developing
TCR in the continent,
bringing more than 40
years executive experience
in the transportation industry within the
U.S. and across Europe and Asia, having
served for distinguished companies such
as Swissport, American Airlines and
Deutsche Post DHL."

Kirsten de Bruijn Joins Qatar
Airways Cargo

Qatar Airways Cargo announced that
Kirsten de Bruijn has joined the airline
in the capacity of senior vice president,
cargo sales and network planning. She is
an air cargo veteran with 13
years of experience in
management in the air
cargo industry.
"Kirsten perfectly
understands the sector's
demands - as well as its
volatility and its extremely
competitive nature. She is able to challenge
existing processes thanks to her customer-focused vision and extremely high

standards. She is a major asset to the airline," said Guillaume Halleux, chief officer
cargo at Qatar Airways.
"Air cargo is probably one of the most
competitive industries out there. It means
you have to find ways to avoid being commoditized and you have to think globally
to constantly be aware of the speed with
which technology is changing how we do
business. Qatar Airways Cargo represents
the cutting edge of change in the global air
cargo market. I want to be a part of that
movement," said de Bruijn. "Part of my

EPIC Fuels Announces
Appointements of Foster,
O'Leary

EPIC Fuels, a Signature Aviation company, has announced the appointment
of Joshua Foster as VP, supply, and Kyle
O'Leary as VP, operations. In their roles,
Foster and O'Leary are also joining the
EPIC Fuels leadership team.
Foster joins EPIC Fuels from Delta Air
Lines, where he served as director, supply
and trading for various Delta subsidiaries
for eight years. In his new position, Foster
is responsible for managing EPIC's endto-end fuel supply chain to ensure the
consistent availability of cost-effective fuel
for customers.
O'Leary joins from Spirit Airlines,
where he was senior manager, fuel supply.
He has ample previous business and general aviation experience, which includes
leading roles at an aviation-fuels marketer
and as GM for an FBO operator. At EPIC
Fuels, O'Leary will be responsible for
the effective delivery of a great customer
experience.

NEW DEALS
ABM Wins Virgin Atlantic
and Delta Air Lines Cabin
Cleaning Contracts

Virgin Atlantic has awarded ABM a contract to provide cabin secure cleaning services across its fleet of aircraft at London's
Heathrow Airport.
In addition, Delta Air Lines has
appointed ABM to provide cabin cleaning services. The contract for both began
on Sept. 1 and will further extend to
include Virgin Atlantic's Manchester
Airport operation once it recommences in
November.
The contract win for the ABM aviation
team comes as the industry navigates a
period of sustained recovery and repair,
making passenger experience more
important than ever.

"During this period of uncertainty,
we're supporting our clients with recovery
and helping them to regain the public's
confidence to fly again and to keep flying
by delivering clean airports and aircrafts,"
Antony Marke, group managing director
for ABM's UK aviation business, said.

In addition to cabin cleaning services,
