SRC Aviation
Becomes First
to Renew IS-BAH
Stage 3
The International Business Aviation
Council (IBAC) commended SRC Aviation, India, for being the first Stage 3 renewal for the
International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) program.
Based in New Delhi, India, SRC Aviation was also the first organization in the world to
achieve IS-BAH Stage 1 in 2015.
" This recognition from IS-BAH is a reflection of our commitment to the highest global
safety standards and to excellence in service, " SRC Aviation managing director, Bobby
Chadha, said.
IBAC has witnessed 260 ground handing organizations achieve IS-BAH since the standard
was first introduced. Nine of them are currently at Stage 3.

AAT Awarded IATA CEIV Fresh
Certification
Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) has been
awarded IATA's Center of Excellence for Perishable
Logistics (CEIV Fresh) certification.
This accreditation recognizes the company's
expertise, training and facilities for handling
perishable cargo in accordance with global
standards.

ing its handling capabilities to respond to the
increasing demand for safe transportation of
high-end perishables and pharmaceuticals
by air. Capturing these opportunities is part
of Airport Authority Hong Kong's initiative
to develop HKIA into the world's perishables
hub. AAT is investing in new cold chain
facilities. Facility upgrades are expected to be
ready by 2022 and were specifically designed
to ensure unbroken temperature control
for cargo, from export acceptance to ramp
release, and from the receipt of imports at
the ramp to cargo delivery.
In addition to CEIV Fresh, AAT has CEIV
Pharma and WHO GDP certifications.
Aviramp Receives the Queen's Award
for International Trade
Aviramp's CEO Graham Corfield and his
wife, financial controller Lisa Corfield,
officially received from Her Majesty's
Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire, their
Queens Award crystal on Sept. 15 at Hencote
Restaurant and Vineyard.
The afternoon included speeches by Graham
Corfield, as he recounted the highs and
lows of the Aviramp journey. Her Majesty's
Lord-Lieutenant Anna Turner, also said a
few motivational words, saluting the entrepreneurialism
demonstrated by Aviramp.
Swissport Rolls Out New Cargo App
Swissport is introducing a new mobile cargo
application to further streamline and digitize
its air cargo business. The Cargospot cargo
app, developed by CHAMP Cargosystems,
allows Swissport to record every step of the
warehousing process, including acceptance,
build-up, check-in of goods and delivery.
