Mobileye, an Intel Company
Mobileye Shield+ Collision
Avoidance System

The ENGIE Tactileo MDT is a main bus
driver terminal, which allows for single
login on multiple on-board systems
such as CAD/AVL, fare collection, automatic voice announcements or automatic passenger counting. The operator
interface allows sign in and sign out,
trip switching, on-time performance
indicator, two-way data communication, turn by turn navigation, emergency
alerting, dispatch messaging, pre-trip
inspection, maintenance indications
and troubleshooting. It incorporates
touchscreen technology and uses a
large 7-inch screen. The display has
brightness control making it easily readable under any ambient light conditions.

The Mobileye Shield+ System
is a technology application for
preventing collisions between
vehicles and vulnerable road users
(VRUs), including pedestrians
and cyclists. VRUs often are not
seen by the bus operator due
to large blind spots around the
bus, especially when making
turns on busy city streets.
Bus operating conditions on
congested, urban streets demand
the highest level of awareness
by the vehicle operator. Shield+
increases awareness and safety
for the driver and VRUs around
the bus to prevent collisions.
