With the commencement of the new fiscal year (FY) 2024 Transit Security Grant Program (TSGP) funds, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has mandated the previously voluntary Public Transit Risk Assessment Methodology (PT-RAM) for transit agencies seeking funding.
