allows technicians to repair broken exhaust
manifold bolts on 20 different engines including
Ford 4.2L V6, 4.6/5.4L V8, and 6.8L V10 as well as
6.0L and 6.4L Power Stroke; Dodge HEMI 5.7L
and 6.1L; GM 1999-2013: LS 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L,
GM 2014-2020: 3.5L, 6.0L, and 6.2L.

* One compact PowerTech Set - Charlie
ProKit repairs broken exhaust manifold
bolts on 20 different engines including GM,
Ford, and Dodge.

exhaust manifold bolt repair guide
plates into one kit, customers will save

kits separately.
* The PowerTech Set - Charlie includes the
new generation IV 200 series, which are the
smallest and thinnest exhaust manifold
broken bolt guide plates available. They fit
behind the shock tower, firewall, and just
about anywhere else, making the repair
easy to complete.
* The kit comes equipped with ProMAXX
Tool's extractorless capability, eliminating
broken extractors that elongate repair times.
* The kit includes the PowerDrive 1/4 " Adapter,
which converts ratchets to high-power and
high-torque drills. It attaches to any 1/4 "
drive and accepts threaded drill bits.

More than 10 years ago, ProMAXX Tool
introduced a first-to-market exhaust manifold
repair kit for on-the-truck repairs.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
* Makes an on-the-vehicle fix, reducing repair
times to approximately 15 minutes per
broken bolt.
* Precision guide plates eliminate the risk of
drilling into coolant jackets.
* If used correctly, the kit works 100 percent
of the time, while welding out broken bolts
and attempts to remove broken studs with
extractors can be time-consuming and may
or may not work at all.
STORAGE AND DISPLAY
The kit is shipped in a 14 " by 10 " by 5 " box.
It is best to display the kit opened on an
eye-level shelf.

MANUFACTURING SPECS
ProMAXX Tool guide plates are crafted from
hard-coated, anodized aluminum for durability.
The CNC machined, individual guide holes are
engineered with .001 " accuracy, .0001 " dead
flat. The entire kit weighs less than 4 lbs.
