Service Kit, No. 2743, includes timing
and service tools for engine seal replacement on the 1.6L EcoBoost engine. The kit
includes a Ford Cam Locking Plate - 1.5L
and 1.6L, No. 2822, for when the VCT phasers have been removed from the front end
of the camshafts and a Ford Flywheel
Holder - 1.6L, No. 5062, for holding the flywheel during timing and seal replacement.
The kit also includes a Ford Crankshaft
Vibration Dampener Alignment Tool - 1.6L,
No. 1806, for aligning the crankshaft vibration dampener, as well as a Ford Fuel Line
Disconnect Tool - 5/16 " x 3/8 " , No. 1810,
where both ends are required due to limited clearance between fuel line connector
and fuel rail.
