access. Any tool that can help us take out

The ProMAXX PowerDrive Hex
Adapter, No. PMXPDH250A, is
designed to convert any type of 1/4 " drive
ratchet, including electric, air, and hand,
into a powerful, high-torque hex screwdriver.
With a compact design, its 1/2 "
tall profile allows users to reach limited
access areas with an included straighthead
or Phillips-head hardened-steel
bit. Additionally, the PowerDrive Hex
accepts any 1/4 " security hex shank
specialty bit, enabling technicians to
use their ratchet for any repair, even in
the tight sections of the engine compartment.

Q: How has using this tool impacted
your shop's profitability?
A: Time is what we're selling to our
customers. This tool helps to complete
some difficult jobs more quickly, and that
improves productivity.
Q: How easy was it to use?
A: It's very easy and intuitive to use.
Q: How was its packaging?
A: The packaging was good and reusable,
which is important, so that it doesn't get
lost in the toolbox.
Q: What features did you like?
A: The tool is designed with just the right
size. Small enough to get in small spaces,
but big enough, so it doesn't slip out of your
fingers too easily. It can also be rotated by
hand if need be.
Q: Is there any way you could think
to improve or add to this tool?
A: It would be helpful if the tool had some
knurling on the outside to make it easier
to rotate by hand. It would also be helpful
to include a few small Torx bits to expand
its capability and usefulness.

Q: What types of jobs/repairs
did you use this tool for?
A: I used it for several dash repair jobs. I
also used it to remove inner fender screws
with removing the wheel first. Some cars
need the inner fender removed to access
the headlight, and it came in handy to
remove the Phillips screws holding the
inner fender. Normally I would have
taken the tire off to give myself enough
space, but this tool allowed me to remove
the screws with the tire still on the car.
Q: Have you used a previous version
of this tool? If so, what are some new
features compared to the old version?
A: I have not used a previous version
of this tool. I do have other low profile
screwdrivers. So far, this one has held its
shape very well.
Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would
you rate this tool overall? Why?
A: I would give it a nine. It does what it
is designed to do, is holding up well, and
helps me get in tight spaces.
