The CTA Manufacturing Torque Limiting Ratchet Wrench, No. 8930, has a 25.81 ft-lb
pre-set to allow technicians to easily torque down the cartridge-style oil filter housing
caps, found in many Asian and domestic vehicles. The 8930 features a blue comfort grip
handle to easily identify over the previous version, the 8940, which has a red handle.
The 8930 measures 11-1/2 " in length, has a 3/8 " drive, and an accuracy of ±4 percent.
