No. ESS6100, charges all 12V battery types allowing users to
keep a 12V lead acid or lithium battery at a stabilized voltage
during diagnostic phases. With four operating modes -
charging, diagnostics, showroom, and tester - it will deliver
the charging cycle recommended for the maintenance of the
vehicle. With USB-connectivity, the charger is fully customizable.
The ESS6100 is OE vehicle manufacturer approved, versatile,
and has a low profile of 5.1 " in height. It supports up to
100A for 12V batteries in the diagnostic phase, requiring a
standard 120VAC receptacle for use in all shop environments

including aluminum suspension systems. European
designed and precision engineered, the tool uses 4.5 tons of
force to dismount conic bolts on passenger cars
and light trucks. The tool steel is made
from proprietary alloys forged in
Finland. Its hydraulic cylinder is made
with an adaptive inner sleeve fitted
with specialized seals that maintain their
elasticity for thousands of cycles, the
company says. The tool is powered by a
10,000 ft-lb air/hydraulic
foot pump.
