TEXA ADAS Solutions and the
New AIR2 SAN Ozone Generator
T
he TEXA RCCS2 (Radar Camera Calibration System (RCCS2)
offers a complete range of calibrations for all ADAS systems
in the market. TEXA has developed a range of modular tools that
satisfy the needs of glass replacement specialists, body shops,
multi-brand centers and tire centers.
RCCS 2 is a complete, professional solution for all kinds of radar and
camera calibration. The system comprises a robust main support
with electrically powered height adjustment and a practical knob at
the rear to tilt the unit on respect to the vehicle. The adjustment bar
is equipped with two distance meters and a sliding reflector plate
with a central laser for front radar pointing. An additional laser level
at the top of the structure locates the center of the vehicle simply
by pointing at its front badge. This advanced technology allows the
system to be aligned easily and precisely with respect to the vehicle
and the floor.
When it comes to ADAS calibrations there are several factors that
a technician must consider to complete the job successfully, TEXA
works hard to mitigate and master those factors. Precision is probably
the most important element when it comes to ADAS calibration, that
is the reason why the RCCS2 uses as much technology as possible
when adjusting the unit and setting distances. The detailed step-bystep

and advanced Ozone generator that professionally sanitizes vehicles.
The operator can benefit from a completely automatic operation, not
having to do anything other than starting the AIR2 SAN using the
APP or the remote control and waiting for the sanitation to complete.
Thanks to its sensors, AIR2 SAN identifies the correct amount of
ozone to distribute instead of releasing an unprecise amount of
gas that might be insufficient or on the opposite side might be too
much and ruin the vehicle's interiors. The reconversion of the ozone
into oxygen at the end of the procedure is essential to avoid having
an irritant or bad smelling environment. The TEXA Air2 San gives
the operator the green light to access the vehicle once the ozone
concentration has dropped significantly and it is safe to breathe. At
the end of the process, AIR2 SAN generates a useful and printable
report that can be handed to the customer. 
