Referred by another patient (her aunt). Chief complaint was that her gums bled and her mouth smelled "funky." Reported that one month after insert #7 fractured and was reattached after root canal. Original chief complaint was that tooth #9 was off-color. #9 crown was done when she was a teenager after trauma. Treating dentist saw no issue. I think he said floss more.
