Distribution Agreement with

New VP of Operations
Membersy, an Austin-based
digital health company that provides
dental practices with membership

care more approachable, has appointed
Mike DeBonville as vice president of
operations. Previously the business
development manager for Car2Go,
DeBonville brings more than 10 years of
tech-focused operations experience to
Membersy.
Throughout DeBonville's career, he
has overseen strategy and execution
during growth phases of new business
models, managed governmental affairs
and enhanced portfolio market growth
via operational and marketing partnerships. At Car2Go, DeBonville managed
city launch and expansion criteria,
building operations throughout North
America. He also developed marketing
recommendations and handled partnership strategy, support and execution
with major like-minded brands.
In his new role at Membersy,
DeBonville will fine-tune the company's
operations as it scales, manage the
practice and member support teams
and lead the rollout of new company
initiatives.

SelenBio Dental, the company behind the

The DenteShield primer, surface sealant, and

Glidewell Celebrates 50 Years in Dentistry
On Jan. 15, Glidewell commemorated its 50th year of operations with an employee
celebration on its campus in Irvine, California.
James R. Glidewell founded the company on Jan. 6, 1970, in Orange County. Spurred by a
