Is it more cost effective to use the Inman aligner? What does the appliance run? The results do not differ, but if it was less cost prohibitive I would learn the appliance technique. Very nice result by the way. I bet she was ecstatic! ■ 1/19/2017 DrTif Member Since: 04/13/08 Posts: 3 of 5 Inman's are a lot cheaper but are more limited in range of movements. Invisalign can certainly do more but in the right cases they work very quickly as it's a continuous and light force. Appliances in the US are about 300$ including your digital work up 3D prints and clinical support - so for cases like this are very cost effective. The old labial bow was always an issue with speech but it's much easier now with this new bow- great step forward from don inman. ■ 1/19/2017 DrPollo Member Since: 07/08/10 Posts: 4 of 5 DrTif Member Since: 04/13/08 Posts: 5 of 5 28 That is a fantastic case. So many advantages that the Inman Aligner has, the patients love the results. For the clinician it is not just another ortho device it is a good tool to get more into cosmetic dentistry by aligning, bleaching and bonding, with its gentle predictable movement in a faster time, it is cost effective, the new clear slim bow is very comfortable. It is great to have another treatment option for the patients. ■ 1/21/2017 Final images post second polish ■ SEPTEMBER 2017 // dentaltownuk.comhttp://www.dentaltownuk.com
