of bonding resins, etchants, primers and sealants. The brush

(UBL) is a leading light-cure band cement in the orthodontic field. UBL features
a proprietary monomer that bonds chemically to metal, reducing tooth cleanup
upon deband because most of the composite stays bonded to the bands.
Formulated with similar Barcol hardness as enamel, UBL is a popular choice
for occlusal buildups and anterior bite ramps, eliminating occlusion abrasion
seen with more filled alternatives. Clinicians will frequently use UBL to cement
bonded acrylic appliances, because the medium-body consistency allows for easy
appliance seating.
