Greetings Hykorthodontiscs! This is my first post on this board. (Rookie!) My first impression of your case was to treat it non-extraction. He has good thick tissue on the lower anterior, and this isn't a severe crowding case by any means. If I was going to extract, I would treat with 5s, but this is a non-ex case in my practice with some IPR as needed. Even at 16, you could consider RPE before brackets if you were concerned about aligning the incisors. Thanks for sharing your interesting case. I hope the input helps. ■ ziuchkovski Member Since: 09/10/15 Post: 8 of 18 3/28/2018 How do you deal with difficult cases? Not only did this Townie seek advice on how to treat the case, but she wondered how to deal with the patient's parents.
