While your intraoral photos are of adequate quality, though shadowy, what are you thinking
with those facials? Is there nowhere in your office you can hang a large, light-colored poster board
to use for a background? And instruct your staff not to take facial photos from above the patient. ■

Deep overbite, upright lower incisors, rolled-in lower bicuspids and molars. I'd start this
non-ext. with expansion in the wires. Maybe some lower IPR after leveled and aligned. ■

Agree with the others. Definitely not a non-extraction case, in my opinion. I'd consider RPE
+ all 5s. ■

Overbite is deep, but it is dental ,not skeletal, so you are not talking about a big muscle problem
working against you. I don't see the lower incisor upright. Looks like more than 90 degrees, IMPA.
And I don't see the rolled-in lower molars. I guess we all see what we want to see.
I'm a huge believer in lower non-extraction treatment in most cases, especially nongrowers.
This is an extraction case, though. ■
