Announce Collaboration
Align Technology Introduces Virtual Solutions
to Connect Doctors and Invisalign Patients
Align Technology has announced virtual solutions that help doctors connect
with existing Invisalign patients to ensure continuity of care. Invisalign Virtual
Appointment and Invisalign Virtual Care enable doctors to manage a range of
practice services even when they're not in the same location as their patients. Until
recently, both solutions were in pilot phases, but their launches were accelerated to
support doctors during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Invisalign Virtual Appointment tool enables doctors to schedule and host
HIPAA-compliant video appointments and consultations with patients. Invisalign
Virtual Care, which is built into the My Invisalign app, can be used for remote
consultations, assessment of treatment progress and to communicate adjustments
or concerns during treatment.

partnered with DynaFlex, a manufacturer

DynaFlex clients can provide virtual visits
for patients and communicate in real
time via text message.
Rhinogram enables providers to
securely communicate with patients via
two-way texting at any time from their
mobile devices to address appointment
requests, clinical questions, refill
requests, medical records access and
more. The Rhinogram platform also
facilitates virtual visits with patients.
It integrates with most EHR and
PMS systems, synchronizing secure,
encrypted patient communication into
clinical workflows.
