LED PRO SEAL SEALANT

ED Pro Seal from Reliance Orthodontic Products
was designed using the latest in oral chemical
technology to provide orthodontists and their
patients with a true, long-lasting protective coating
on the enamel surface. Unlike normal primers, which
do little to protect the enamel, and varnishes that last
only a short time, LED Pro Seal's unique formula is
nonporous and completely polymerizes when cured.
This technology prevents damage from oral fluids and
food, strongly resists abrasion and forms a smooth
barrier that protects the enamel from stains, white
spot lesions and decalcification.
LED Pro Seal's effectiveness has been
documented in more independent university studies
than any other orthodontic sealant. The product is
a single liquid that is applied to the etched tooth
and light-cured. It is a protectant and primer in one
application. After applying Pro Seal, simply seat
and cure the pasted bracket. LED Pro Seal can be
used with chemical, dual-cure or light-cure paste
systems regardless of the manufacturer. An additional
benefit reported by clinicians is the smooth, hard
surface of cured Pro Seal, which makes excess
paste removal easier. Years of clinical feedback and
several university studies confirm that Pro Seal can
last the duration of treatment and greatly reduce the
incidence of enamel hygiene problems. At 4 cents
per tooth, LED Pro Seal is inexpensive protection,
easy to use and an effective weapon in the battle with
poor hygiene patients.
