To I'm sure no one's surprise, I really try to avoid extraction in adults. It is just too taxing on the supporting structures. I believe if you leave a slightly deeper overbite at the finish and strip 3s some, you will be happier with her lip fullness than extracting 5s. You will have a compromised result one way or the other-lip fullness vs. excess OJ. I would rather have the excess OJ. With some upper sanding on 3s and possibly leaving .75 mm distal to 3s, you will have minimal excess OJ remaining.
