Almost always PT under wire. It's easier for staff to put on before wire placed. Mechanics more important than ease of cleaning as well. If they brush well, either way will be clean. Will use elastics in some situations where one area needs more anchorage and the other needs less. Rare for me to place a Nance for anchorage, but will leave it in longer if I placed it earlier to hold onto space. ■ fesdds Member Since: 05/22/08 Post: 7 of 15 8/1/2020 I actually love lacebacks and saw them to be highly effective in residency! Maybe I will try to incorporate them in my current practice. And then end with en masse retraction with chain like you've shown. Very nice mechanics. Thank you! Thanks also for the links to the other great posts. ■ mas000 Member Since: 08/07/17 Post: 8 of 15 8/2/2020 Share your own tips!
