He had two separate stints with Villanova University and a stop at North Carolina A&T. Pell specifically works with Major League Soccer, American football, and Olympic sports for Catapult. He's previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the Carlton Football Club and the North Melbourne Football Club in Australia.
