REFLEXION
Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting is a comprehensive
compliance platform that enables institutions to monitor
their athletics programs and maintain institutional control.
The software automates processes, centralizes data, and
mitigates the risk of violations across campus.
Available on a centralized, integrated platform, the
Teamworks' product suite provides specialized applications
to support recruiting, development, management,
individual branding, and community building. In 2023, the
company acquired ARMS Software, which supports
recruiting, compliance, data integration, camps, and
process automation functions. ARMS works with over 400
athletic departments nationwide and has proven to make
departments more efficient by automating processes that
historically required multiple touches by athletic
department personnel.
