GOLD SPONSORSHIP
Skywalk Ad - One 24 " x36 " company provided ad on expo provided signage in
the hallway leading to the DeVos Place from the Amway Grand Hotel Collection.
An estimated 10,000 individuals will walk past it over the 3 days of the Expo.
Wifi - Company name to be listed as sponsoring the Wifi in the on-site
program and on signs in high traffic areas of the Expo with the information on
how to connect.
Main Aisle Comfort Lounges for Attendees - Companies will have their name
listed on signage next to 4 groupings of couches in the main aisle of the trade
show. Companies can also provide material for attendees in the lounge area.
Education Session Sponsor - Companies will have their logo shown on its
own slide before the educational session and be listed as the sponsor of that
session in the program and on the session signage at the door.
Trade Show Reception Sponsor - Companies will have their name listed as a
sponsor on a sign next to the complimentary food and cash bar reception at
the back of the trade show from 4:00-5:30 each day.
Expo Pre-Registration Brochure Ad - Companies will be able to provide a full
page, full color ad to be printed in the Expo's only physical registration mailing.
This brochure will be received by over 5,000 fruit, vegetable, farm market and
greenhouse farmers.
Floor Stickers - Company logos will be printed on two 36 " x 36 " floor stickers
and placed in high-traffic areas around the main event space.
Large Tower Maps at each Entrance - Company name will be listed as a
sponsor on the Expo trade show map that will be displayed in front of each
entrance to the main hall. This will be the first thing attendees see as they
walk into the trade show and utilized by thousands of attendees over the
3-day event.
Grand Gallery Meter Board Ad - Companies can provide an approved ad or
information to be printed on a large 38 " x90 " double sided display to be placed
in the Grand Gallery. These ads will be seen by every attendee multiple times
per day, having 15,000+ impressions before the Expo concludes.
