a sense of where Congress is,

(The second day) you go up
with folks typically from your
state association who have done
these Hill visits before so you're
not being thrown into the deep
end of the pool all by yourself.
We've tweaked the structure
over the past few years, and we
feel like we have it right. The
vast amount of the time, people
come back and say, " This was
really well worth my time. "
