PRISCILLA MONTANO
Director of operations, Fine Lines
Montano joined the Fine Lines team
in 2012 and has steadily progressed
through various branches of the
company. A critical thinker with a keen
mind, she began to manage Operations
in 2018. At 34, her skills as an efficiency expert have
transformed Fine Lines' administration into one of the best in
the industry.
SARAH MOUNT
Vice president of marketing - Home, Gift
& Rug, International Market Centers
Mount has worked in gift and home
trade show marketing for 12 plus years.
She began at Las Vegas Market, and
relocated to Atlanta in 2014. She leads
marketing communications, programming, events and
special initiatives for AmericasMart's gift and home shows.
She enjoys bringing buyers and sellers together and working
with her team.
JON NEIDLINGER
Owner, nora fleming
Neidlinger became involved in
the home and gift industry when his
sister, Nora, approached him with an
amazingly creative idea. He added the
business acumen needed for product
development and sourcing to licensing and collaborations.
Neidlinger is involved in all facets of the business. The
foundation of family first and celebrating simplified gift giving
remains at the core of nora fleming.
ELIZABETH NEWTON
Owner, Loops & Belles
Newton's passion for humor and color
are the inspiration behind starting Loops
& Belles. Her designs are inspired by the
sentiments of real life, the desire to make
people laugh, and tell a story with each
card. Beyond her love of paper, Newton is a runner and the last
to leave the dance floor.
TEDDY PEKALSKI
Sales & marketing manager, Whereoware
Pekalski drives strategic business
growth and client success by helping
prospects and customers navigate
evolving digital trends and solutions.
Pekalski specializes in the gift and home
industry, helping 30+ clients maximize their digital presence
through website design and development, behavior-driven
marketing and advertising, sophisticated analytics, and mobile
app development. Pekalski is also on the board of directors
for Gift for Life.
LINDSEY POTTER
Director of design - Home Division,
Mud Pie
Potter has both a fashion design and
graphic design degree. She joined Mud
Pie as a designer in 2013 and has
been a creative force ever since. Potter
oversees the home designers who unveil hundreds of new
designs each season. She leads by example, welcomes any
new design challenge, is an active volunteer, and is always
willing to lend her support.
WOMBI ROSE & JOHN WISE
Co-founders, Lovepop
Rose and Wise met while studying naval
architecture and marine engineering at
Webb Institute. After discovering the
paper art form of kirigami during a
Harvard Business School trip to Vietnam,
the duo combined the ancient art form with the sliceform
structure used in ship design, and Lovepop was born, to
create one billion magical moments with an imagination
meets engineering approach.
RACHEL ROSENZWEIG
Director of product development,
AngelStar Inspired Products
Rosenzweig's mother used to say she
was born with a crayon in her hand,
but the truth is she has a passion for
creating. Her work at AngelStar Inspired
Products runs the gamut from designing full gift collections
from vague concepts, to art directing catalogs and marketing.
Rosenzweig loves being able to translate art into meaningful
gifts that make people smile.
MÉLANIE OUELLETTE
President/creative director, Baltic Club
Oullette began her career as an illustrator
for many Montreal advertising companies.
She became an entrepreneur five years
ago, when her side project, The Baltic
Club, began to prosper. She has built a
recognized stationery and home décor brand, opened two
retail locations and a print shop. Oullette provides workshops
that connect the local community to her passion for design and
entrepreneurship.

KELLY SAMM ADAMS
Owner/founder, RSVP To Me
Adams founded RSVP to Me after she
unsuccessfully searched for wedding
invitations for herself. Today, her
custom wedding and special occasion
stationery boutique has earned multiyear
recognition by Wedding Wire and The Knot. She has
designed stationery for several celebrity clients and wedding
planners, including David Tutera and Dancing with the Stars
pro Lindsay Arnold.
