McNaughton has been
named communications and
content strategist, and Katie
Swartzer has joined as social
media specialist.

new role, she will lead the
team that covers consumerfocused
content, Bailey and
its Consumer Brands' social
media channels, and public
relations activities.

additional responsibilities
and offer additional
strategic insights in her

McEnaney, marketing and

Katie Swartzer joins Bailey
as the social media specialist, where she will be responsible
for the day-to-day implementation of social media and digital
content for Bailey Consumer Brands and Bailey social media.

Katie to the team, " McEnaney says. " Her background in
marketing agency work, social media and public relations
supports our focus on growing what's next with these
crucial channels. "
On the brand team, Rachel Prescott has joined as retail
and landscape program coordinator. She has a background in
production management and sales. She joins the brand team
as the retail and landscape program coordinator, leading
efforts in building relationships with garden center and
landscape partners.

Deliver Farwest
Show Keynote
Katie Tamony, chief
marketing officer for
Monrovia Nursery Co., will
deliver the keynote address
at the 2023 Farwest Show,
taking place Aug. 23-25
at the Oregon Convention
Center in Portland, Oregon.
Tamony's keynote
address, " How to See Differently, " takes place on Wednesday,
Aug. 23, and is open to all Farwest attendees.
Tamony is the former editor-in-chief of Sunset Magazine
and Sunset Books, an authority on lifestyle and gardening
in the West. She has more than 25 years of expertise in the
lifestyle, leisure and horticulture industries, and has led
Monrovia's marketing team since 2020.
Throughout her career, she has been tracking trends
to help companies prepare for the future. She has
an intuitive sense of what drives consumer lifestyle
interests and their relationships to brands. She has
helped several companies and nonprofit organizations
attract new audiences and drive loyalty.

center and landscape channels. "
