Once you reach 10,000 Instagram followers (congratulations!),
you gain access to the " Swipe Up " feature in Instagram Stories.
This function allows you to direct traffic to your website from
Instagram. For this feature, your Instagram channel must be a
business account.
To insert this link, go to the story design page and add your
desired url. Note: make sure you have the exact url because a
misplaced letter or number will cause a broken link.
When analyzing your web traffic (more on Google Analytics
coming in a future issue) you will be able to see how many
people went directly to your
website from these swipe-ups
in Instagram Stories.
YouTube
There are a number
of different milestones
in YouTube. A couple
noteworthy ones:
* 100 Subscribers. You will
have the opportunity to
create your own custom
channel link for your YouTube
page.

* 1,000 Subscribers. If interested, you are now able to monetize
your YouTube channel. You need at least 1,000 subscribers
and more than 4,000 valid public watch hours in the last
12 months. Adding ads to the front of your YouTube video
is a company choice.
* Channel Memberships. Another perk for 1,000+
subscribers on YouTube is the opportunity to offer Channel
Memberships. These are exclusive perks to your subscribers
that can include custom badges and emojis, videos, live
streams, community posts, live chats and more.
