Since 1923, Triangle Package Machinery

Triangle offers a wide variety of baggers
for various applications. For food processors
looking to optimize their production while
enhancing food safety measures, Triangle's
Delta Compact bagger offers the ultimate
flexibility while maximizing space. Designed
with the fresh-cut produce market in mind,
but suitable for a variety of applications, this

can fit on one salad line, 35 " on center, to
produce 140+ retail packages of leafy greens
per minute. The dual configurations replace a
single VFFS while doubling the output, allowing
for significantly more production within the
same footprint without having to add more
feeding systems, labor and floor space.
As with all Triangle equipment, this compact
compact bagger includes a film cage designed
to accommodate the 27.5 " film roll needed to
make 13 " -wide bags.
At a space-saving individual machine width
of just 36 " , you can pair two baggers sideby-side
to accept dual-discharge of a single
multihead weigher. Two bag sizes can also be
run simultaneously, allowing a small bag of
lettuce to be bagged on one side, and a larger
bag of lettuce on the other. When installed in
a dual configuration, two compact baggers
bagger offers state-of-the-art sanitation and is
designed to clean-in-place. A solid stainlesssteel
rounded bar stock, sanitary, sloped
surfaces and 3-A approved welds and leveling
feet help contribute to the machine's sanitary
design. To further enhance cleanability, the
Delta Compact bagger also offers washdownrated
electronics, including IP67 food grade
servo motors and sensors. With a pivoting
control box, 360° machine access is made
simple. When sanitary design matters, Triangle
eliminates food safety concerns and keeps
products safe.
