Processing line The processing line shown above consists of a belt slicer, trough conveyor, two spiral washers, dewatering conveyor and a centrifuge. The VeggieLine is ideal for commercial kitchens, canteens and restaurants. Each machine can be used individually or combined to create a line. Capacity up to 3,300 lbs per hour. Dewatering conveyor OWB-60/1 The OWB-60/1 dewatering conveyor removes any excess water from washed products before drying them in a SC-740/NextGen centrifuge. The conveyor features 2 beaters and 1 suction station as standard. An air knife at the end of the dewatering conveyor ensures that all the product is discharged from the belt. A dewatering conveyor handles capacities upwards of 660 lbs per hour. The maximum capacity greatly depends on the type of product being processed and the desired moisture level. For this reason, dewatering conveyor are always dimensioned according to customer specifications.
