One tool I have used both on myself and with
clients to successfully increase their perceptualcognitive
skills and performance is Neuro Tracker.
WHAT IS NEURO TRACKER?
Neuro Tracker is a cognitive training system
designed to enhance cognitive functions,
particularly perceptual-cognitive skills. It
was developed by CogniSens Athletics Inc.
The system is often used in sports training
and rehabilitation programs to improve an
individual's ability to process visual information,
make quick decisions, and enhance overall
cognitive performance.
The core of Neuro Tracker involves
visually tracking multiple objects moving
simultaneously in three-dimensional space.
The user is typically required to identify and
track specific targets among distractors. The
