INJURIES IF DONE INCORRECTLY

tightly or for too long can compress the nerves in

* Blood Clot Formation: BFR can increase the risk

blood flow to the limb, leading to tissue damage or
even limb loss in extreme cases.

BFR, as it can increase blood pressure and heart
