disrupted marketplace, and
the question I'm getting
from managers is what
goes back to " normal " and
what is here to stay?

curbside pickup are here to stay. With
curbside pickup, we have created a
convenience that some customers
will want to continue. Now, we must
tighten up some efficiencies for better
service and profits.

curbside pickup system:

with clear product descriptions.
* Streamline the ordering and
payment process.
* Promote the option for curbside
pickup.
* Create a designated space
for packing, storing and
delivering orders.

protocols.
Can technology replace some of
the labor issues? Perhaps, but we
need a way to explore and evaluate
the technologies available to us.
Digital is more than online
shopping. Emails, social media,
personalized promotions, ability
to repeat orders. Ways to increase

retention.

Byron DuBois of Springbrook Farms, Pittsgrove New

Herbicide on all of his 500 acres of
processed spinach. " I have been using Spin-Aid as long
