Nearly $1.9 million
in proceeds generated by the sales of Sons of
Norway fi nancial products went to support our
members, lodges and district activities. These
funds help to support local communities.
2,444 Agents
We ended the year at 2,444 agents. During 2024, our
focus will be on engaging our agents to increase the
sale of traditional life insurance products and annuities.
$26 million
We paid out $26 million in claims. Of that amount,
$11.7 million provided life insurance proceeds and
annuity benefi ts; cash surrender and other payments
totaled $14.3 million.
Members Embrace the Mission
In 2023, Sons of Norway members celebrated Nordic culture and
heritage while continuing our tradition of service to others.
Our lodges have a deep commitment to sustaining Nordic
heritage and returned to the pre-pandemic level of community
engagement with great ambition.
