Brown and Caldwell
Dave Bergdolt was promoted
from vice president to
Western Canada area leader,
at Walnut Creek, Calif.-based,
environmental engineering
and construction services
fi rm Brown and Caldwell.
He brings three decades of water and wastewater
infrastructure and treatment experience.
That includes the last 15 years with Brown and
Caldwell, helping clients overcome environmental
and water-related challenges from
conceptual planning through construction,
startup, and rehabilitation.
Felling Trailers
Felling Trailers Inc., a national
leader in industrial and
commercial trailers, has
recently named Joe Pessen
as a regional sales manager,
responsible for all sales
development, activity, and dealer support
within Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas,
Texas, and Louisiana.
He brings 30 years of diverse knowledge
of the transportation and logistics industries,
working for companies such as Manufacturers
Consolidation (MCS), Cornerstone Systems,
Transmaxx and Transwest Trailers.
Cemen Tech
Matt Bergman was named
director of customer service,
responsible for oversight of
Cemen Tech's superior
support operations, including
classroom and in-fi eld
training, technical support and team of regional
technical support managers.
Previously, he worked 24 years, in numerous
roles across service, product management and
engineering, at a multi-national food processing
equipment manufacturer.
Woody Hancock was named
director of Information
Technology. Leveraging 21
years of previous experience
in network engineering and
IT management, he is building
and securing an enterprise level infrastructure
and guiding Cemen Tech's IT strategic objectives.
Primoris
Colt Moedl joined Primoris
Services Corporation, leading
specialty contractor providing
critical infrastructure services to
the utility, energy/renewables,
and pipeline services markets
throughout the United States and Canada, as
president of its utilities business segment.
In this role, he oversees the segment's
strategic direction, encompassing operational
excellence, quality performance, client relationships,
and employee development.
With more than 20 years of experience in the
industry, he has managed large-scale projects for
prominent power delivery and energy infrastructure
entities across the United States. Most
recently, he was president of Power Delivery Inc.
where he managed the development and capital
deployment of startups for power delivery entities.
Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam
Mohammadreza Gholikhani,
Ph.D., P.E., joined planning,
engineering and program
management fi rm Lockwood,
Andrews and Newnam Inc.
(LAN) as a project engineer
on the Municipal team. Based in the San
Antonio offi ce, he will serve as lead design
engineer for municipal transportation projects
throughout Central Texas.
Involved in large roadway, highway and
construction projects for more than a decade,
his background includes route studies, roadway
design, pavement evaluations and construction
management. He also has an in-depth technical
understanding of governmental agencies and
their specifi cations and standards, as well as
