Half-Million Gallons of Sewage Spills
into San Diego Bay
A sensor malfunction caused a wastewater pumping station to shut down
for a half-hour and spill 500,000 gallons of raw sewage into San Diego Bay.
Three other sewage spills also occurred in recent heavy rains.

Tennessee Residents Concerned
about Cumberland Pipeline Project
Some residents in Dickson County, Tennessee, are expressing
concern over Kinder Morgan's proposed Cumberland gas
pipeline project along their land, citing memories of a
1992 explosion that rattled the area.
