One of the most significant cost benefits
of the E-Pump is its compact size for storage.
As many as 12 open set units can fit into a
48-foot flatbed truck, resulting in improved
transportation efficiency. Additionally, a small
footprint is critical in certain jobs, like mining
and industrial applications, where operators
benefit by taking up less space in the work site.
Atlas Copco has been turning industrial ideas
into business-critical benefits since 1873. Atlas
Copco Power Technique develops leading-edge
technology in air, power, and flow solutions.
At Power and Flow transforms to energy
efficient solutions, building a sustainable future
across three strategic pillars: portable power,
portable flow and industrial flow.

On-Board Weighing plus radar detection with
the new Collision Mitigation System. It's also
supported by dedicated electromobility applications,
which allow the operator to check battery
and charging status and to preheat the cab.
Cherne Industries

Cherne Industries added 24-inch to 60-inch
test plugs within its I-Series line of Test-Ball,
Muni-Ball and Air-Loc pipe plugs.
I-Series Test Plugs provide industry-leading
quality, safety and durability through their
optimized design. Manufactured robotically, each
plug's natural rubber core is mechanically bonded
to its aluminum end plate, ensuring precision and
consistency, while eliminating failures that can
result from chemical-bonding processes.
In addition, I-Series plugs feature corrosion-resistant
aluminum base plates with laser-etched
identifiers, replacing the use of raised rubber
markings that eventually wear away with usage.
The plugs are lightweight, short and flexible, while
offering superior back pressure to accommodate
the range of plug sizes offered. Protective sleeves
are also available for the full range of I-Series
plugs, further preserving them for extended use.
Part of the Oatey Co. family of brands,
Shakopee, Minn.-based Cherne Industries is the
industry-leading manufacturer of test plugs and
testing equipment for residential, commercial,
industrial and municipal piping systems.

HCSS, a leading provider of innovative
software that helps heavy civil businesses
streamline their operations, established a
partnership with PipelineSuite, a leading bid
solicitation software solution.
As part of an industry-leading ambition to
advance its electromobility offering with speed
and reliability, Volvo Construction Equipment
(Volvo CE) has developed a solution to convert
the L120 wheel loader to electric - fulfilling
market appetite for more sustainable solutions
in the mid-size range.
Developed in conjunction with partners -
Parker Hannifin and converted by Volvo
Group's own CE Engineering Solutions -
the 20-ton L120H Electric Conversion will
be commercially available for selected
customers in Europe later this year.
Using the market recognized conventional
machine as the base, which will still be offered
to customers, the electric conversion model
will deliver the same performance with the
upside of doing so emission free.
Powered by 240 kWh batteries, it provides
a runtime of approximately five hours in most
medium-duty applications. Consistent with
Volvo's existing charging solutions, it is estimated
to charge from 0-100 percent in just 1.5-2 hours.
With the L120H Electric Conversion, customers
can enjoy the following features as standard:

Vermeer Introduces Accurate, Operator-Friendly
GPS-Enabled Verifier G3+ Utility Locator
Vermeer continues to support the utility industry with
the launch of its Verifier G3+. This new-generation utility
locator delivers high accuracy, optimized connectivity
and intuitive controls.
The Verifier G3+ utility locator pairs with smartphones
using the G3+ Map mobile app (available for IOS and
Android) to plot location information, including depth,
current index, GPS data, utility type, device name and
the operator who performed the work.
Tracking and storing records about the specific location of underground utilities is vital,
explained Aaron James, product specialist II at Vermeer MV Solutions.
" With many lines out-of-sight in the congested areas, identifying and tracking one from
another can be challenging, " he said. " The technology that powers the Vermeer Verifier G3+
utility locator helps operators accurately identify and track individual utilities in crowded
rights-of-way. Its water-resistant, rugged design is well-suited to the harsh everyday
conditions that operators work in. "
The GPS-enabled Verifier G3+ can determine underground current direction against
adjacent signals from other utilities. It can detect ambient noise so the operator can switch to
a different frequency for a particular job site.
Also, operators can adjust transmitter frequency and power outputs from up to 500 feet
(152.4 meters) away using a wireless connection. Saved data from the locator is transferred
using Bluetooth 5.0 to the G3+ Map app. The data can also be uploaded to the Vermeer
Projects bore planning tool.
Offering three locating modes - peak, peak/null and null - Verifier G3+ has an exclusive
water-resistant, one-size-fits-all coil clamp that does not need to encircle a utility to induce
a signal. Operators can also add a mini probe to track the location and depth of non-metallic
pipe accurately. UI
