Continuing Care
Your continuing care plan
Toward the end of your stay with us, your treatment
team will start developing recommendations for
services that will help support your recovery upon
discharge. Some possible recommendations could
include:
* Outpatient programming for residential patients:
Following up with outpatient treatment is often a
good step in early recovery for those who need to
reinforce recovery concepts. Days, times, and number
of sessions are determined by each individual's
clinical needs.
* Sober house: Sober housing is a good option for
people who don't need to be monitored 24/7 but
who aren't ready to go back to an environment full
of triggers for using or where others are still using
substances. Some sober homes have more support
services than others.
* One-to-one mental health counseling.
* AA or NA meetings.
Your treatment team will work with you and your family
to find the best solution. If you want to learn more about
