Dr. Christine Cho and Dr. William Teo are a husband and
wife team that loves to help their patients develop great
dental health and beautiful smiles from their Vaughan
and Tottenham, Ontario locations.
The team at CT Dental believes in patient education
and preventative care. They focus on providing quality
care and giving their patients tools to maintain their oral
health.

PRACTICE CHALLENGE
Henry Schein's first interaction with CT Dental was to
help them move to a temporary location, which helped in
establishing some initial trust in the relationship. As a next
step, the Henry Schein team proposed a Practice Analysis
to help CT Dental find ways to grow their dental practice and
operate more efficiently. CT Dental provided the Henry Schein
team with the needed data, which enabled them to complete
Practice Metrics and a strategic and innovative recommended
methodology.
Based on the Restorative Data between both practices, the
Henry Schein team identified CAD/CAM as a potential area
where an innovative solution can be implemented to help
improve efficiency, patient experience, create differentiation in
the practice and enable CT Dental to have more control over
results.
Dr. Teo explains how the data from the Henry Schein
Practice Analysis showed a great opportunity to bring CEREC
into the practice. " Because of all the disruption in the world it
was getting harder to send stone impressions and get cases
back because of the delivery delays. It made sense for us to
have more control over the end result so we could deliver 'on
demand' to our patients. It also made more sense to capture
everything digitally as the rest of our clinic was fully digital. "

explains how the Practice Analysis, exclusive to Henry Schein,
is so important: " We can't make recommendations to help a
practice without good information the same way dentists can't
recommend treatment without looking in a patient's mouth " .
