RESULTS
The Henry Schein Practice Analysis enabled the team at CT
Dental to understand their current dental practice production
and establish realistic goals to increase top line revenue.
Henry Schein's Practice Analysis compares their standard
of care to the procedures performed in their practice over
the past year to create a benchmark. This comparison
located opportunities for improvement that can be
converted to additional practice production. Following
the identification of potential production opportunities,
their Henry Schein representative assisted with setting
and prioritizing production goals and providing business
solutions to meet those goals.
CEREC CAD/CAM
With current market dynamics, trust and hygiene have
gained even more relevance for patients. We worked
creatively so that the two locations (Tottenham and
Vaughan) both had digital impressions with an Omnicam
and a Primescan. By implementing CEREC CAD/CAM at
CT Dental, patients benefit from:
* Restorations being created in a single visit - a more
efficient workflow with minimized patient risk
* Appointment scheduling is optimized, reducing waiting
time and social interactions
* Every step of the workflow is being done in the practice,
reducing cross-contamination risk

Integrating the technology into CT Dental's practice was well
