Activity Overview
Dermatology Week will occur as a virtual experience
from May 11-14, 2022, and September 14-17,
2022. A Q&A session with the faculty will follow
each livestream presentation. Please review the
credit designation statements to ensure the activity
provides your credit type.
To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants
must attend the full activity and submit a completed
evaluation form. Participants who complete the evaluation
online within 60 days of the virtual conference
will receive immediate documentation of credit.
On-Demand Information
This enduring material will be available for purchase for
either 30 or 90 days following the virtual conference.
Participants are not eligible to receive credit for any
part of this enduring material already claimed as
part of the live event.

Learning Objectives
After attending Dermatology Week, participants
should be able to:
* Discuss the latest clinical research in dermatology,
including the impact of recent trials and emerging
therapies on patient care
* Describe the best approaches to diagnosis, treatment
selection, and ongoing management of difficult
dermatology patient cases
* Evaluate surgical and cosmetic procedures in order
to set realistic expectations and maximize therapeutic
outcomes
* Implement the latest methods and data into clinical
practice for the improved care of patients with
dermatologic conditions
Intended Learners
This activity is designed for dermatologists, nurse
practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, and other
healthcare professionals involved in the management
of patients with dermatologic conditions.
Accreditation
In support of improving patient
care, HMP Education is jointly accredited
by the Accreditation Council for Continuing
Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council
for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American
Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide
continuing education for the healthcare team.
CME Credit
Live: HMP Education designates this internet live
course for a maximum of 18.25 AMA PRA Category
1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit
commensurate with the extent of their participation
in the activity.
On Demand: HMP Education designates this internet
enduring activity for a maximum of 25.75 AMA PRA
Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only
the credit commensurate with the extent of their
participation in the activity. Participants are not eligible
to receive credit for any part of this enduring
material if credit was claimed as part of the live event.

activity awards 18.25 contact hours.
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered

CPE Credit
Live: This internet live, knowledge-based activity (UAN

for a maximum of 18.25 contact hours (1.825 CEUs).
On Demand: This internet enduring knowledge-based
activity (UAN JA0006201-22-225-H01-P)
has been approved for a maximum of 25 contact
hours (2.5 CEU).

ACPE Credit Policy
The certificate is not the official record of your participation
in the activity. The official record of credit
will be the information in the CPE Monitor system.
Following ACPE Policy, HMP Education must transmit
your claim to CPE Monitor within 60 days from the
date you complete this CPE activity. HMP Education is
not able to report your claimed credit after this 60-day
period. Eligibility for pharmacy credit is contingent
upon the successful completion of a post-test and/
or evaluation for each activity or session attended.
